It is possible to train push-ups, lifts, strengh holds or also harder exercises auch as handsprings on the rings, similar like on a horizontal bar. Exercising on rings is convenient not only for gymnastics but also as an equipment for gymnasiums and fitness centres focused on hanging systems. Already the basic exercises on rings show the high level of power and balance. We offer rings in wooden or plastic designs. Gymnasts can also find useful gymnastic grips protecting hands and improving the adhesity.
