Exercising with rings using your own weight strengthens virtually all parts of the body. Gymnastics rings WOOD 238 are made of hard beech wood with a diameter of 23.8 cm and a thickness of 2.8 cm. Nylon straps with a length of 4.5 m are used to hang the rings. Their length can be freely adjusted thanks to metal self-locking buckles. Gymnastic rings are easily portable and their possibilities are very wide. The maximum load capacity of the rings is 250 kg.
