How to proceed when buying on the e-shop:

1. Selection of goods

The goods on our website are classified into four large categories, which consist of further sub-categories and groups according to product types. Each product has a photo and is described in more detail to give the customer as much information as possible about the features and functions of the goods.

You can find the desired product on the e-shop by scrolling through the menu - clicking on each category, or by using the search bar at the top of the page, where you enter the name of the product.

If you are deciding between several products, you can add the selected product to the comparison tool. This is located in the top right corner of the page, or you can simply click on "Add to Compare" next to the selected product. In the comparison tool, you can rate the products according to various parameters and finally decide on the one that suits you best.

Please note: When you add products that are not currently in stock to your cart, the system will notify you of the nearest availability of the product. If you still want to add the goods to the cart and order, you must allow for a longer delivery time. If you are unsure, please consult our phone line, which can be found in the contacts.


2. Ordering goods

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart. You can then go back to shopping for more items, or you can click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. In the Shopping Cart you can edit your order - remove items from the cart or change the quantity.

In the next step of the order you can choose the shipping and payment method. If you are shopping with us for the first time, you can either continue as a non-registered customer or sign up for our loyalty program. If you are already a registered customer, just log in to your account. 

The final step to completing your order is to confirm and submit it. 


3. Once you have placed your order

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order's acceptance into our system within a few minutes to the email you entered. 


4. Delivery of the goods

The ordered goods, if we currently have them in stock, will arrive within 1-2 working days. You have several options on how we will deliver your order:

Transportation We choose between Czech Post, PPL, DPD, GLS and WEDO. 
(If you choose shipping is free of charge from the value of the order 800 CZK.)

5. Receiving the shipment

Please check the condition of the parcel when you receive it. In case of any suspicion of damage to the packaging and contents of the parcel, if you decide to accept the parcel, you have the right to write down the findings in the delivery report to the carrier, or to unpack and inspect the parcel in the presence of the driver. If you refuse to accept the shipment because of damage, again record the reason for your decision in the delivery note. If you confirm to the driver that you have received a faultless consignment, you cannot later make a claim on this basis.

6. Payment of goods

You can pay for the goods in several ways. If you are picking up the goods at a branch in České Budějovice, you can pay directly on the spot (in cash or by card). If you have chosen delivery by carrier, you have the following payment options:

  • Bank transfer - after you complete your order, we will send you a payment order and after the money is credited to your account, we will ship the goods.
  • Payment by credit card - payment is made online using a payment gateway, and we ship the goods after charging your card. We accept payment by Visa, Electron, Master Card, Maestro and Dinner's Club.
  • Cash on delivery - once we have received and confirmed your order, we will dispatch the goods and you will pay for them on collection.

Orders over CZK 3,000 can be paid by Cofidis instalment sale.

After the money is credited to our account, we will send the shipment. Each order is sent together with a tax receipt, which also serves as a document in the event of a complaint, return or exchange of goods. The goods remain the property of the operator until full payment.
