Overball is a soft inflatable ball which is mostly used at exercises, stretching and rehabilitation. When exercising with overball you involve the deep stabilisation system. Another use of the ball is also as an aid for breathing exercises - the inflating helps to enlarge the lung capacity, expecially at children. The rubber ball overball contributes to the right body posture at sitting on a chair, for example in an office. Overball can be inflated according to your needs. For exercising it is mostly used mild unterinflated. In our e-shop you can chosse from several sizes from the average of 20 cms to the average 30 cms, in various colour variants. A part of some packages is also a tube for inflating, however it is possible to inflate it with a straw or mouth.
