The agility ladder is a proven and very effective training aid for fitness training of active athletes as well as for movement games and competitions in schools or children's hobby groups. The Shaper agility multifunctional aid is easy to disassemble and store. The ladder consists of 9 rungs, spaced 40 cm apart. The total length of the Shaper agility ladder is 325 cm. The reinforcements consist of a flexible structure made of carbon steel, sewn into textile sleeves, which can be easily bent and therefore conveniently folded into a portable bag. At the same time, the structure is strong enough, so that it is possible to build several obstacles on the ladder, it can be easily folded and thus shorten the length of the ladder, stand on its side, etc. The end rungs of the ladder are equipped with Velcro, so it is possible to connect them and create, for example, a closed box. If you buy several pieces of the agility ladder, you can connect them thanks to Velcro and thus extend the training path even more. With the Shaper agility aid, you can get in good shape and it will still be fun.
