Jump box Merco is a training tool designed to develop the dexterity, speed and condition of all ages and performance categories. You can use the box in three ways, as an obstacle for jumping, an agility ladder for training in frequency and speed, or as a simple agility aid in the shape of the letter "L". This training aid is not only suitable for home exercises. You can also use it in fitness centers for group lessons and especially then in sports clubs. It doesn't matter if you are playing football, basketball, hockey or volleyball. You definitely don't have to worry about folding the product. You can easily disassemble the box, handling is very easy during exercise and thanks to the low weight, and the same applies to the subsequent composition. When folded, you can easily put the device in a backpack or bag. Jump box will diversify your training in practically all sports. Skip classic agility ladders and obstacles. Combine these two training aids together with Jump Box!
