With the Pro AB set you will make rapid progress from beginners to advanced. In addition to the AB wheel, the set also includes a knee pad and an adjustable elastic strap. One end of the strap is attached to the pad and the other to the middle of the wheel axis. Then tighten or loosen the strap to set the difficulty of the exercise. When the strap is longer, the difficulty of the exercise is higher. The most advanced athletes can completely unfasten the belt.
Two wheels made of solid plastic with a non-slip surface, a steel axle and a pleasant-to-touch handle guarantee stability and comfort. The stable knee pad has a plastic base and a pleasant soft foam surface.
