The length of the weight string is also adjustable and so to 22 - 40 cm. If necessary, it is possible to disassemble the weight by loosening the screw on the bottom and removing the load to reduce its total weight.
There are silicon massage points inside the hoop, which massage the body when the weight rotates and also act as pressure dampers. For the highest possible effect of the exercise, we recommend exercise with a weight of at least 30 minutes.
