AB Booster abdomen machine

You can effectively strengthen not only the abdominal muscles, but also the muscles of the thighs, buttocks and arms with the AB Booster, which works on the principle of moving on an inclined plane and overcoming the resistance of your body's weight. Simply insert your knees between the lower foam rollers attached to the sliding mechanism and pull on the handle. You can choose from up to five levels of difficulty.

The booster is equipped with a digital monitoring meter that countse number of crunches in total, the number of crunches per minute, exercise time and the calories.
