The wooden stick is a very simple but at the same time very effective exercise and stretching aid for every fitness trainer, physical education teacher, experienced or beginning gymnasts, for pilates or yoga. There are hundreds of variants and types of exercises that you can perform with the wooden stick YS 25, it just depends on your imagination and your needs. We offer these sticks with a diameter of 25 mm in five different lengths of 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 cm. The surface of the rod is in a natural design without the use of varnish.
You can use the YB 25 coupling to connect the two rods.
