Yoga Stretch 2000 resistance band is a 200 cm long and 15 cm wide elastic band, which improves the positive and negative strength of the buttock, back and abdominal muscles, their performance, power, strength, range of motion and overall muscle coordination. All this smoothly, evenly and without unwanted side effects. Resistance band is made of a very flexible and pleasant to the touch thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which retains its 100% properties even after long-term use and high load. We offer Yoga Stretch 2000 resistance band in four varying resistance levels (10 lbs/4,5 kg,15 lbs/6,8 kg, 20 lbs/9 kg, 25 lbs/11,3 kg), which are color coded ( red / light, blue / medium, purple / strong, black / super strong )
