Merco WFS 1000 are two weight bands for wrists or ankles. Their use is wide, you can use them for weight training, aerobics, walking and running. The package contains two pieces, each piece weighs approximately 1 kg. The total length of the band is 30 cm and the width is 10 cm. These weights are made of neoprene material with sand filling. Fastening to the hands or feet is easy and quick using a Velcro strap.
