The seat and the backrest can you set to horizontal position, or you can adjust their inclination (3 positions at the seat, 5 positions at the back). You can also change the height of the lower (4 positions) or upper bench part (3 positions) and set the overall inclination of the bench and regulate so the difficulty of the exercise. The footrest is supported by two handles with non-slip foam rollers. At the lower footrest, it is possible to change its height (4 positions).
