REGENER is a powder concentrate for the preparation of high-quality after-training drink designed to promote recovery after intense physical exercise. The basis is an effective combination of selected carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and the addition of other functional ingredients for a rapid onset of recovery processes and transition of the body to anabolic phase (protection and growth of muscle mass).

REGENER serves to quickly regenerate the body's energy reserves, water and mineral environment recovery and muscle mass restoration.

It is intended for:

• Rapid start-up of regeneration - increasing the possibility of training cycles
• Rapid assistance in conditions of physical exhaustion after exercise
• Supplementation of energy sources after exercise (muscle and liver glycogen)
• Return of the body to ”balance“
• Quick removal of ”body stress“ after exercise and acceleration of detoxification

Recommended dosage:

• Immediately after physical exertion mix 75 g of REGENER with 450 ml of pure water - mix well in a shaker. Drink the prepared mixture in small doses over approximately 20-30 minutes. Never drink all at once. The dose then flush down with a further 200 ml of water.
