Plyometry is a training method, which helps to improve the power and dynamics since 1970. Plyometric exercices serve to improve neuromuscular activity and develop the muscle fibers. These exercices are for example: push ups with clamps, squats with jumping, exercise with medicine balls and with this plyometric block Merco Plyo Box Soft.
An alternative to traditional wooden and steel boxes / steps. The Merco Plyo Box Soft plyometric block is made of soft materials, specifically synthetic leather and dense foam. This plyobox offers great variability. This set consists of five blocks with the same base of 90 x 75 cm, but different heights - 8 cm, 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm and 60 cm. The blocks can be used separately or combined with each other, and in this way you can create a really wide range of performance levels. It should be noted that despite the large volume, the blocks are light and easy to move with them thanks to the handles. The stable fit of the individual parts is ensured by wide Velcro strips.
