Plyometry is a training method, which helps to improve the power and dynamics since 1970. Plyometric exercices serve to improve neuromuscular activity and develop the muscle fibers. These exercices are for example: push ups with clamps, squats with jumping, exercise with medicine balls and with this plyometric block Merco Plyo Box Soft.
A new, safer alternative to wooden and steel boxes / step plastforms. Plyometric block Merco Plyo Box Soft is made of soft materials (synthetic leather and foam), which provide a safe reflection and landing area with dimensions of 90 x 75 cm. This set is created by five blocks with different heights (15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm and 60 cm). You can use these boxes separately or you can combine them. The block are lighweight and easily portable thanks to handles. The stable construction of individual blocks is ensured due to Velcro straps.
