Piloxing is like a dynamic, alternating game that connects seemingly unrelated - pilates, boxing and dancing. Slow controlled movements alternate with strong strong blows. Changes take place slowly and gradually, so you have the right way to direct your body. As a supplement, half-kilos of hand weights in the form of neoprene gloves and velcro fastenings are used. The gloves are sold in pairs (2x265 g) in three different colors.
