Magneslife combines the synergistic action of magnesium and vitamin B6. Among other things, these substances support the optimal function of the nervous system, contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, and help with the correct energy metabolism. Magnesium plays an important role during various chemical reactions in the body and regulates over 300 different enzymes. It can be found naturally in food, for example in dark chocolate, nuts, seeds, cereals, legumes or even in the much-loved bananas.

Better absorbability of magnesium will be ensured by chelated and organic forms such as magnesium citrate. Inorganic forms such as magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulfate are less absorbable and therefore more effective. Synergistic action of vitamin B6 to reduce the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion, optimal functioning of the nervous system or proper formation of red blood cells.

Recommended dosage: In case of acute need, take 1 single dose (25 ml) daily. Shake before use. After opening intended for immediate consumption. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Slight sediment is a natural property of the product and is not a problem.
