Athletic ball is part of the basic equipment of each school and athletics club, but you can practice and improve your long throw in your spare time. The athletic ball Merco Leather differs from classic athletic balls due to the fact that it is made of synthetic leather with an inner soft foam and a sandbag core. The weight of the ball is 150 g and the diameter is approximately 8 cm (the shape, due to the materials used, is not constant as with classic hard rubber balls).
Athletic grenades and training javelins are also widely used.
