How to build your own hurdle course
In our shop we offer many kinds and options how to build your own agility course according to your requirements.
Agility coordination ladders
They belong to the most popular aid which a base of every speed and mobility training. In our shop you find ladders starting with classic kinds, through doubled or trippled ladders with the option to set the distances and heights of the rungs.
Special kind of coordination ladders are the sets made of hexagons or rings due to which you open new training options.
Cones
Aid often loved by trainers and hated by sportsmen is a perfect supplement to conditioning trainings. In many sizes and colours and also with the option to connect the cones with a PVC pole, and to build other hurdles tis way.
Agility hurdles
They work perfectly if you want to increase the training difficulty easily and considerably. For this reason you find them in several sizes. The options are also hurdles with adjustable height. Special kind are then the hurdles which when being knocked over return into the original position due to the balance.
Marking marks
They fulfill similar function like the cones. The difference is that they are smaller and also better to be stored. You can make more complicated and longer course this way. They are made of softened plastic which is resistant to trampling down or another deformation and they are well visible due to bright colours.
Hurdle sets
These are sets made of domes filled with sand or water, PVC poles or, eventually, rings and couplings with which you connect all components together. You can set the height and the distance of the hurdles in these sets easily.
