Do you want to do an effective exercise with a classic hula hoop focused on shaping the figure in the waist and abdomen, but you also need to solve the problem with its storage in a small space or with transport? Then the unique Hula Hoop Foam fitness hoop is the ideal choice for you. It is made of six separate solid steel parts covered with a very pleasant soft foam surface. You can easily and quickly slide the parts together by squeezing and releasing the steel pin to create a stable circle with an inner diameter of 82 cm and a weight of 730 g. Disassembly and transport of the hoop is also very easy. The individual part is only about 47 cm long and weighs 120 g.
And that's not all. You can adjust the weight of the hoop exactly to your needs and according to the difficulty of the exercise. Just put a load inside (like sand or rice grains) and secure the ends of the pipes with foam plugs, which are part of the package. Then you can easily remove the plugs thanks to the ropes that are attached to the plugs
