Choosing socks is not so difficult, because there are only two types: socks with fingers and fingerless socks. Socks Grippy S2 are made of cotton in one universal size. These socks have got a special PVC non-slip layer on the bottom, so your exercise will be more effective. Fingerless socks are an ideal choice when exercising at a higher temperature, for example for bikram yoga.
