Acra overball

Overball is a small soft ball that has several size diameters. It has a washable, non-slip, flexible surface and can withstand a load of up to 120 kg. It is used as an aid to health physical education, strengthening, stretching, balance exercises, relaxation exercises and other rehabilitation techniques. It can also be used as a padding aid, e.g. when traveling by car, plane or train, when sitting on a chair at work or lying on a bed.

Depending on the type of exercise, either a fully inflated ball (throwing, catching, bowling, etc.) or a slightly under-inflated ball (sitting, lumbar support, etc.) is used.
