The adjustable dumbbell Merco Exclusive is the perfect addition to your home gym. Whether you are a complete beginner in weight training or an experienced "fitness person", and you are looking for a quality tool to strengthen the upper half of the body, the Exclusive dumbbell is the right one! This loading dumbbell works on the same principle as the lighter Merco Select model (see video below) - i.e. on the principle of discs (weights) and a rotating wheel, on which you set the desired weight and the selected weight "snaps" onto the dumbbell. You can choose from a weight from 2.5 to 40 kg (5 - 90 LB). Material: steel, ABS and PP
A dumbbell is an ideal choice especially for home workouts where you need different loads for different exercises. So there is no need to own a whole rack of dumbbells with different weights, just one adjustable one is enough. The Merco Exclusive dumbbell will save you not only space, but also the investment in several other dumbbells and weights. For your added safety, the barbell has a locking mechanism that prevents the disc from slipping off the axis. After finishing the exercise, simply store the dumbbell in the storage box included in the package.
