Recommended dosage:
mix a dose of 30 g in 250 - 300 ml of water. If you need a protein supplement, consume 1-2 servings per day. Maximum 2 doses per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use:
30 g = one dose (approx. 2 scoops for a 450 g package). Mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening the bag, the product is intended for immediate consumption. After mixing, undissolved particles are visible in the drink, which is a natural feature of the product.
