The mixture is specially designed to support optimal muscle function, the nervous system and reduce fatigue during training. Our body cannot produce essential amino acids on its own, so it is important to get them from food or supplements. They can be found naturally in meat, dairy products or eggs. Green tea extract has been called the elixir of life for many years. In folk medicine, it is sought after for physical and mental stimulation or support for concentration. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones. It supports the activity of the reproductive system, it is popularly sought after for maintaining normal hair, nails and skin.
Recommended dosage: Mix 12 g (approx. 1/3 scoop) in 350 ml of water and you can consume it after a minute. Drink the drink no more than once a day before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After mixing, undissolved particles are visible in the drink, which is a natural property of the product.
Warning: Food supplement, with sweeteners. Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not take on an empty stomach.
