The adjustable bar Bearer 100 is fixed between the door frames in the range from 100 to 140 cm. Exercising on a horizontal bar will help you increase the strength of the biceps, triceps, back and shoulders. The bar is made of chrome-plated steel and has foam handles for more comfortable exercise. The weight of the bar itself is less than 1.9 kg, the diameter of the handles is 4 cm. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg. After placing the bar in the lower part of the door, you can also use it as a base for sit-ups.
