The rings are made of durable polypropylene, with a total diameter of 39 cm, width 2 cm and thickness 0,5 cm, one ring has got a weight of 75 g and the whole set has got a weight of 1,8 kg. Agility ladder Hoop is packed in a bag for easy carrying and storage after training.
