Merco Punchball is a simple boxing training aid which helps you to improve the reaction speed, coordination, stamina and punch accuracy. The set includes a silicone headband in universal size and three different balls on a rubber band. Simply put on the headband and adjust its size with Velcro. Then tie one of the three balls of your choice to the headband – black PU ball for beginners, red rubber ball for advanced or classic hard tennis ball for experienced. The whole set is in a practical bag for easy carrying and storage. The weight of the whole set is 145 g. Boxing reaction ball is recommended for boxers older than 6 years and adults.
