The wide range of training options and the variability of exercise intensity make the water bag an ideal fitness tool for improving strength, balance, stability and agility. You can exercise with it practically anywhere - at home, outdoors, on vacation, etc. Training with a water bag activates more muscles and forces them to work harder than regular equipment, including the core and stabilizing muscles. The water bag is made of strong PVC material with a reinforced wall. The bag has four neoprene handles and its weight can be filled between 5 and 30 kg. The intensity can easily be adjusted to the desired level by adding or subtracting water. Start lightly with a small amount of water, then increase the number of repetitions per exercise, and at the end of the workout you can add more water for more load and therefore more intensity. Thanks to the possibility to fill the water bag with the required amount of water and fill it with air, it is suitable for any intensity of exercise.
