The basic model of the slalom pole Neon Economy 150 in a distinctive neon yellow color will serve you when you build a training track on a grassy surface. The plastic rod with a length of 150 cm and a diameter of 25 mm is equipped with a steel spike 12 cm long, which you can easily insert into the grass and your coordination dynamic training can begin. You can combine them with the Passing Arc Spike training arc.
