The balance board with roller Merco CoreBoard is a great training aid suitable for athletes of all skill levels - from beginners to professionals. It is ideal for sports where balance is important - e.g. skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing, kiting, martial arts, tennis, hockey, athletics, fitness and many others. Exercising on the board helps in the rehabilitation of knees, ankles, and hips and prevents injuries to these joints by strengthening their surrounding muscles - the joints are then more stable. The top of the CoreBoard is covered with an anti-slip layer and there are stops on both ends of the lower part for greater safety. For beginners, we recommend using a non-slip mat (not included).
