The training aid allows to improve the individual game activities of the player, which often appear in the game. Players can pay maximum attention to the exercises and freely adjust the intensity. If the use of the training aid is to be effective, the training aid should meet the following conditions:
- easy to use
- can be used for enough exercises to be included in a workout
- folds quickly and is easy to carry

Types of training aids
Cones
Cones are used for many purposes in training. For example, they are used in smaller play areas, small playgrounds and zones on these playgrounds, or for drills to practice ball guidance and control. The cones come in different sizes
and colours.
The material for production is almost always plastic - this guarantees low weight and easy portability. We also offer cones that have holes in their body. Two of these cones and a bar can be used to create an obstacle.
Hurdles
Obstacles are primarily designed for strength training. They are mostly made of plastic and come in several sizes (low, medium, high) and are suitable for different types of exercises and all ages.
In our e-shop you can also find hurdles that, thanks to the balance, return to their original position in case of tipping.
Defensive dummies
It is used to simulate the position of a player, usually in a defensive position during game drills. The figure of a defending player can be used in shooting practice, practicing offensive standard situations, ball control and getting around the opponent. Several defensive dummies can be used to create a wall for practicing free direct kicks.
Training arc
The passing arc is a goal designed primarily for practicing passing accuracy, a skill that needs to be built and developed at all youth ages. In small games of 1:1 to 3:3, the arch can be used as a goal. Additionally, the arch can be used in slaloms, relays or as a circle training station.
Training arches designed for outdoor use are manufactured with a spike for insertion at both ends. We also offer a set of training arches with stabilizing elements that allow standing on a flat surface (as in a hall or gym).
Marks
The marks are also made of plastic, have a minimum weight, are thin and resistant even to trampling. They have the same use as a cone. Metas that have semicircular cut-outs at the top and create low obstacles when the pole is attached are popular.
Training rods
These rods are made of plastic and serve a variety of purposes. The short rods without spike are 0.8 m long and are used as an obstacle in running alphabet exercises or for coordination exercises. The rods can be used together with special cones and metas to create obstacles of different heights.
Another type are rodss with a point, which are usually 1.6 m long and are designed for slalom exercises, or to mark the playing area and zones. Training poles help improve speed and train the explosiveness of the lower limbs.
Agility ladder
A training aid that is one of the most popular and serves to increase speed and improve fitness. The soft rungs of the ladder are easily adjusted to the required gap size. The ladder is anchored to the ground and then jumps through individual "windows".
The special type of agility ladder that we have on offer consists of twenty consecutive slats, which can be folded into any shape and length.
Leaking hexagons
Hexagons have the same function as agility ladders, but they can be folded into the required shapes. By purchasing any number of pieces and using connectors (they are part of each part), you can create a track and its difficulty exactly according to your needs.
Obstacle sets
They are a combination of jump hoops, rods, holders, couplings, cones, etc. They can be used to compose an obstacle course according to your preferences and abilities.
