The Merco Abdominal Disc is a universal fitness tool for strengthening the abdominal muscles, arms, back, shoulders, thighs and glutes. The board is made of PVC material with four PU wheels with a diameter of 35 mm and is rotatable by 360°C, thanks to which you will enrich your home training. Unlike classic exercise wheels, this booster can also be used under the feet (see video). The package also includes a foam pad under the knees. The disc is easy to store thanks to its small dimensions and light weight.
Warning: This booster is intended primarily for strengthening the legs. Always keep your knees on the ground when exercising as with a classic exercise wheel.
