Product description

If you need to shape and strengthen the lower part of the body, especially the waist and abdomen, you will use rotating discs Waist shape. Unlike conventional rotating pads, Waist shape rotating discs are separate and designed for each foot separately. This will allow you to set the desired width between the feet during the rotary exercises as needed and according to the specific type of exercise. Discs are very light and therefore easily portable. Their rotation is quiet and easy thanks to the built-in bearings. The surface of the discs is pleasant, non-slip with metal massage balls. There are handle on the sides of the discs for possible attachment of the hands expanders (not included in the package).
