Resistant expanders

It is possible to work all muscle groups with training expanders. You can use them only with involving your own body or you can hang them on the equipment such as wall bars, constructions or horizontal bars.  Thin rubbers with small resistance are suitable for conditioning and rehabilitation exercises, wider rubbers with higher resistance can be used for training of bigger muscle groups, such as legs or the back.
