Merco Silicone Fitness 450 are two weight bands for wrists or ankles. You can use them during exercise, walking or running for strengthening and more intense training. The package contains two pieces, each piece weighs approximately 225 g. The total length of the tape is 30 cm and the width is 7 cm. These weights are made of metal coated in silicone with polyester. You can easily adjust the size using Velcro.
