Plyo Box plyometric block

Plyometric workout is primarily used by athletees like sprinters, high jumpers, but also by martial artists and parkour enthusiastists as well. Plyometric training enhances explosive-style exercising that designed to increase speed and power. It involves exerting a large amount of force onto the muscles within a short amount of time. Merco Plyo Box provides a bounce yet landing area for plyometric training and delivers a safe alternative to various kind of natural obstacles. The set of blocks is made of compressed PE foam pads that covered with durable and waterproof coating. It is easy to transport each of the five blocks due to the used material combination. There are 4 cm velcro zippers along the block edges to pile up and combine the blocks together. Each of the blocks has a base with dimensions of 90 x 75 cm, but their height differ from 8 cm, 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm up to 60 cm and their weight differ equally of course from 2 kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, 7 kg up to 9 kg. A total weight of the set is therefore 26 kg. The Plyo Box is an excelent trainig supplement for all the sports and fitness clubs, school gyms to enrich their training programs.
