The practical set of resistance bands Pack O Band contains for a very good price 3 resistance bands Fitness O Band with a circumferential length of 57 cm and a width of 2 cm with three thicknesses (green 1.35 mm - strong, red 1 mm-medium , yellow 0.75 mm-light) and 2 Aerobic O Band resistive rubbers with a circumferential length of 52 cm, a width of 1.2 cm and two thicknesses (red 2.2 mm - strong, green 2 mm - medium). You can combine the bands and change the difficulty of the exercise according to your needs and your individual requirements.
