The smaller Mini Speed balance half ball pad is used both for training body coordination and improving motor skills, and for strengthening stabilizing muscle parts. You can use it by yoga or fitness training and for relaxation and rehabilitation purposes. Thanks to its small size and weight, the Mini Speed mat is easy to store or transport to the place of exercise. The pad is made of durable PVC and is intended for a maximum load of 120 kg.
