The resistance ropes set Merco Leg Trainer is a complex training equipment for athletes of all sports. In the set you will find four expanders covered with colored fabric, with a total resistance of 45 kilograms. The set also includese two padded loops. Although these ropes are designed primarily for strengthening the legs, you can also use them for training the upper body. The loops are easily adjustable thanks to the velcro, so you can choose the ideal size. The attachment of the expanders to the loops is solved by classic carabiners. Four rubbers are divided into two basic sizes: 2x 25 cm and 2x 35 cm. Thanks to this, you can combine expanders in various ways and adjust the resistance for each exercise individually. You can choose from several color variants. Whether it's an exercise at home, outdoors or on the athletic oval, you can use this set almost anywhere and anytime. It is packed in a practical bag for easier carrying.
