Giant AB roller

When exercising with AB roller, you effectively strengthen and shape the abdominal and back muscles, arm and shoulder muscles. This popular exercise tool is easy to store and is therefore ideal for regular home fitness training.

Compared to conventional models, the AB Giant roller has a number of improvements that will make your workout even more intense. The wheel is equipped with an integrated return spring, which puts resistance during pushing and the wheel brakes in the extreme position when tilting. This will prevent any excessive movement leading to muscle injury. On the contrary, when tightening, the spring is released and helps to upright position.
The diameter of the wheel is 19 cm and its thickness is 9 cm. This, together with the non-slip surface, guarantees high stability. Ergonomically shaped flat handles fit perfectly in the hands, do not overload them and ensure maximum control. In addition, the handles are easily removable, which is ideal for transporting and storing the wheel.
The package includes a foam pad for supporting the knees.

Notice:
When assembling the wheel, it is necessary to follow the marking on the handle (R-right, L-left) and place it on the same marked side of the wheel. Then hold the left handle with your left hand and the right hand with your right. This prevents any movement against the direction of the spring and its damage.
