A complete set of four Merco Force 4 TPE resistance rubbers in a portable bag. Resistance rubbers are a simple, effective and all-purpose strength tool that you can use at home, in the gym, fitness center or in the park. They are suitable not only for strength training but also healthy exercises or for stretching. You can use the expanders alone or in combination on horizontal bars. The rubbers are made of layered natural latex. Do not leave expanders in direct light or in a very warm environment.
You can choose from four different resistances:
red - 2080 x 4,5 x 13 mm; 7 - 16 kg
black - 2080 x 4,5 x 21 mm; 11 - 30 kg
purple - 2080 x 4,5 x 32 mm; 16 - 38 kg
green - 2080 x 4,5 x 44 mm; 23 - 57 kg
