The Merco Foot Rocker compensatory fitness aid is used to stretch the muscles of the lower limbs. The second non-slip tread portion with shaping holds the foot firmly before moving forward. These training aids are suitable for both youth and adults. The recommended maximum load is 100 kilograms. The recommended maximum adult shoe size is 13 UK.
