When exercise with a barbell, not only the muscles are stressed, but the barbell axis also comes into contact with the body, which can result in unpleasant pain in the cervical spine, trapezius muscles or shoulders. The pad is made of soft NBR foam with a length of 44 cm and is suitable for bars with a diameter of up to 30 mm. You can easily attach the pad to the axle with Velcro straps.
