Merco Duo Padel is a simple rehabilitation aid that is used to simultaneously move the lower and upper limbs, strengthen weak muscles and stimulate blood circulation. Exercising on this stepper is very easy and its effects will be used primarily by people after an injury, seniors or people with limited mobility. Thanks to the upper screws, it is possible to set different resistance levels. The rotating part for the hands is equipped with comfortable foam handles and can be adjusted in height to up to 3 positions as needed. The advantage of the machine is its low weight, so it is easy to carry and store.
Warning: Do not stand on the machine when using it! The machine is used while sitting.
