The Merco Booster neck and head strengthener is a great accessory for athletes from several sports. Although strengthening the neck muscles is quite unpopular, this special training aid finds its place mainly in gyms and clubs focused on combat sports. You put the set on your head and use the front velcro strap to set the ideal size. The inside of this "helmet" is semi-padded, so the exercise is much more comfortable. The package includes two basic carabiners and a chain with a length of 110 cm. Attach a chain with carabiners and the appropriate load to the belts ending with a metal eye. The load is not part of the package. Warm up properly before using this aid.
