Advance 70 door horizontal bar

The adjustable bar Advance 70 with a length range from 70 to 100 cm is a great choice for every enthusiastic exerciser. Exercising on a horizontal bar will help you increase the strength of the biceps, triceps, back and shoulders. In addition, you can put the bar to a lower position and exercise other muscle areas such as the chest and abdominal muscles. You can use this bar not only for exercise, but also for stretching. The horizontal bar also includes safety locks that hold it in the same position. The load capacity of the crossbar is 150 kg. The bar is equipped with anti-slip rubber, which ensures a firmer and more pleasant grip. The horizontal bar has special extended rubber pads on the sides. The diameter of the  bar is 3 cm, the grips are 4 cm in diameter.

Attaching the bar to the door frame:
The bar is not screwed to the door frames, it is so-called self-supporting. It is placed in the inner door opening and is rotated by its rod. At the same time, the internal embedded pipes are unscrewed on the sides and they expand the bar to the required width. To prevent the bar from rotating afterwards, you fix it with safety locks.
