Starting block Action has 7.5 cm wide steel body with powdered surface and grooves for a solid cast aluminum pedals, which are adjustable via spring mechanism in the four corners. Starting blocks Action are designed to tartan surface to which is attached by three nails (2 in the back+ 1 in the front). For perfect stability, the underside of the starting block is complemented by 15 mm long spikes.
